If you want a custom-made tumbler or mug that is not listed on the site, please contact us by clicking "contact" on the website. Once your request has been confirmed, you can choose your mug or tumbler here and check out. Leave a reference note of your design on the checkout page. 

If you have confirmation of your design from us from Facebook messenger, Instagram or tiktok, please follow the same steps listed above.

Ready to ship tumblers are shipped within 7-10 business days. Custom design requested tumblers have a completion and ship time of 2-4 weeks. Due to the nature of custom orders, once the order is placed, all sales are final. By submitting your order, you agree to the terms and conditions.
